GCLP Accredited Gene Expression Testing Services

Lab testing

Epistem provides routine gene expression analysis services and we are GCLP accredited. We have extensive experience providing gene expression information from blood, tissue, fractionated cells, biopsies, laser captured microdissected (LCM) and formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) samples. We have worked with many of the top pharmaceutical companies and have analysed samples from more than 20 clinical trials.

We offer an efficient and rapid service, providing a quality service with excellent turnaround times.

Assessments we can conduct

1. Microarray Assessments:

  • Custom Arrays containing multiple probe sets for all specified genes or pathways of interest
  • Optional inclusion of the entire human, mouse or rat genome

2. qPCR analysis

  • Any specified genes or pathways of interest
  • Each primer set designed and QC'ed by Epistem

3. Information from our proprietary PathwayDirect™ Database containing extensive information on samples analysed by Epistem.
